My eight year old daughter Bea recently had open heart surgery at the Bristol Children’s Hospital. It was a major operation lasting 6 1/2 hours and therefore a very anxious moment for my family. The operation was successful and I am extremely grateful to the hopistal so would like to raise money to give something back to them so they are able to help other children in the future.

Bea had her first heart operation when she was just a few months old. That time I ran the Bristol Half Marathon and raised £1400. It would be great if I could match or better that if I can. So I am very grateful for anything you can give.
