2 Years ago I was in a place where on the outside, to the people around me everything looked fine. Inside my mind was a different story. I was hurting and desperate for help. This was due an accumulation of things I had to deal with over my whole life. 

Thanks to friends and family and most importantly my wifes support I saught help in the form of counselling and spoke out. That decision was such an important step on the road to recovery and allowed me to handle things much better. I’m still on a journey, and as part of my journey I want to help others. Raising money for such an amazing charity That open doors for people to talk about mental health is a small way I can help. 

Hopefully I’ll make it round!
