The challenge is for each of us to run 250 miles before April 2014

I had knee surgery on the 22nd November. I now need to walk and excercise for the next 6 weeks before I can begin to run. But that wont stop me beginning to raise funds for my chosen charity: 

PC Nicola Hughes, together with PC Fiona Bone were both tragically and callously murdered on duty, a crime which shocked the nation. This charity will bring much needed funds to a) COPS.Care Of Police Survivors, b) The Police benevolent fund and c) Victim Support. Thank you for any donation no matter how small. I will have to walk for the first six weeks
