In June this year I'll be taking on one of Cycling's hardest challenges, the UK's Coast to Coast ride. The route I'm taking, from Cumbria to East Yorkshire, is 250km long and takes in some of the toughest climbs of the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and Yorkshire Moors. Most sane people attempt this route over two days. I'll be doing it in just one.

The Charity I'm raising money for is Endeavour, who support Sheffield children with tough and disadvantaged backgrounds, developing their skills and their confidence through outdoor activities and team pursuits. It's a really great cause and they do some fantastic work.
