It won't come as a surprise to most of you to learn that I am running in a race - after all, I do that most weeks!  However this time is a bit different.  The race is a 10k event round the historic airfield of Biggin Hill, and is to raise money for the Anthony Nolan Trust, a leukaemia charity.  A close friend of my flatmate died of this devastating illness some years ago, and so we will be running the race in his memory.
