Story

Thanks for supporting my fundraising.

Last year I lost a friend;  Like me he loved football, and over many years we'd taken to a pitch together,  always with a smile and guaranteed laugh. He was a great guy and cancer took him from us, leaving a huge hole in the lives of his family and friends.

So again I'm supporting MacMillan to help battle Cancer and support those affected. Some are able to beat cancer, this is for those who try so hard. .

After a two year gap I'm taking on the MIGHTY hike once more.  26 miles of walking, 8-10 hours, including the final few miles up and over the seven sisters!

Last time I underestimated the challenge! it was painful, hot, long but worth it.  Sunburn, blisters, aches and pains...  please help by donating and smashing my target!

Macmillan gives people with cancer everything they’ve got. If you’re diagnosed, your worries are Macmillan’s worries. Macmillan’s doing whatever it takes.
