Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page to raise money for Young Minds.

As some will know, the crisis in children and young people’s mental health is real and it is urgent. More children and young people than ever before are reaching out for help with their mental health. For those who take that brave step, help is much too hard to find.

On the 23rd May 2022, I will be running my first 100km continuous challenge from London to Brighton to raise awareness and vital money for the leading charity supporting those children, YoungMinds. 

Having personally experienced challenges with mental health, from Depression to anxiety, both as a young person and to this day as an adult, I am now using the experience as a positive and to try and help others. Being a father to two wonderful children, I have also experienced first hand the mental challenges they face growing up and believe that services such as Young Minds are vital to the support of both young peoples minds and the adults who support them.

YoungMinds are leading the fight for a future where all young minds are supported and empowered, whatever the challenges. They are here to make sure they get the best possible mental health support and have the resilience to overcome life’s difficulties.
