Above is a picture of me and my son Jack after my first triathlon last year, as some of you will know I have now caught the bug !

I am now doing the London Triathlon on the 7th August and am trying to raise money for a local charity called FIND who do great work with kids with special needs.

I know everyone is asking for money at the moment but every little helps so please do the best you can.
