I am part of an 8 strong Beazley volunteering team who will be spending 10 days in early December 2018 working with the charity All Hands Volunteers in Puerto Rico rebuilding homes and lives that were devastated by Hurricane Maria.

PUERTO RICO Cycle Challenge

To raise some money to help this great charity I will be attempting to cycle the distance around Puerto Rico Island on 4th/5th August 2018 (approx. 267 miles or  428 KM  and 11000ft of climbing).

I would have preferred to actually cycle around Puerto Rico but will be working hard when I am.there . So I have to settle for replicating the distance in the UK and have definitely challenged myself to my limits as I will be doing this distance over a weekend!

Day 1 will be 143 miles with 6366ft of climbing across the West Midlands, Nottinghamshire and up to the outskirts of Yorkshire and day 2 will be 125 miles back home  across the peak district and Midlands with over 8300ft of climbing!  

Beazley my employer will match your donation up to £750.

Your donation will not be used for any expenses such as travel getting there or my living costs - all these will be met by my employer and myself.
