Due to the wonders of Track and Trace I am now at home for the next 8 days.

I'm also missing my daughter Amy's first away rowing race in Llandaff, so I've set my self a rowing challenge.

I'm covid-19 negative, so I'm trying to turn this into a positive.....I've got 8 days to row 100km. That's 12.5km per day on average. The most I've done before is 5k.... so hopefully this is a suitably challenging challenge.
