Better bone health for everybody. We’re proud to be the only UK-wide charity dedicated to improving the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis. With more than 30 years of expertise and experience behind us, we are committed to helping keep the nation’s bones stronger for longer.

Story

Hello everyone. I am trying to shift my fat arse around the Bristol half marathon course and wondered if you could help me with a donation. Depending on the conditions on the day (combined with the amount of beer consumed the night before) I may have to be on the lookout for shortcuts throughout the 13 mile slog. Rest assured however that I will make it round even if it means spending the rest of the day in the St Johns Ambulance tent at the finish line!

Anyway, donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: National Osteoporosis Society will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

Thanks for any help you can give. I'm sure I will be in touch with all of you shortly.

Andy
