On 10 June 2023, I will be completing a 5K as part of Cancer Research’s ‘Race for Life’ 

I last did this in  June 2019 in memory of my sister Helen. Sadly 8 months my Dad lost his cancer fight on 6 Feb 2020.

I have also agreed that if I meet my target I will do the 5K dressed as a dinosaur.
