I know times are difficult for many people currently, but just imagine for a moment you or a family member received a cancer diagnosis!! 

What would you do,.. where would you turn??

Well,.... that's where the cancer support charity Macmillan comes in!!

They can help you through this time, with their wonderful team, advising you and holding your hand every step of the way.

That is why I'm taking on the Mighty Hike along the Thames Path (full marathon hike - July 2023) with my colleagues at Riverrok , on behalf of Macmillan, to raise money for such a worthwhile cause.

We all hope we will never need their services, but for those that find themselves in this situation, every penny counts.
