I am embarking on a mammoth trip from Lands End to John O'Groats. I may be a keen cyclist but the 'End to End' is a tough challenge and one I am keen to accomplish in just 11 days!!

My nephew, Carl, and myself are completing the full journey and I will be joined by Alex Harper for the Bristol to Lancaster leg of the journey.

 

I am raising funds for the Midlands Air Ambulance and would really appreciate your sponsorship, so dig deep and please give genrously, they do a great job and need all the help we can give them.You never know when you might need them!!!
