My granddaughter Emma, who is pictured above has Rett syndrome and needs care and support.

Rett UK is such a brilliant charity, they support all who care and support those with Rett Syndrome.

Rett Syndrome is a cruel disability.   Present, but invisible at birth, children meet their milestones, but then start to lose skills they had.   Rett syndrome robs parents of the healthy child they thought they had, replacing them with a child that probably won't walk or talk, will suffer from epilepsy and scoliosis and will rely on others for the rest of their lives.
