I ran the London Marathon for the first time in 2007, as part of my 30th birthday celebrations. I had always thought I might do it again one day, as part of my 40th celebration maybe? Well, this year I was lucky enough to receive a much sought-after ballot place. So 2 years early but at least I'll be able to enjoy my 40th without having to run a flippin' marathon!

Any support, however big or small, will be very gratefully received and make all the hard work and training that goes into running a marathon all worthwhile.
