Its another year on and im doing it again! I have tasked myself with running a whole 10k! Yes 6.21371192 miles...and would really appreciate it if you could support this worthy cause. 

Please support me in not only the training but the thought of getting up early on a hot July Sunday morning and running around the city streets of Leeds! I must be mad to do this again as you all know I am not the athletic type!
