RASAC P&K rely on funding to support survivors of rape and sexual abuse and to work in schools educating young people about issues relating to sexual violence with an ultimate goal of ending sexual violence. As you probably know, I work for RASAC P&K as a Young People's Prevention Worker and through my work have come to realise how important it is to educate young people on issues relating to sexual violence. The money you donate will go directly to the work of RASAC P&K.

I'm doing this 5k as a good way to get back into running and to get back to being more fit and healthy but also its a great excuse to raise money for charity...and wear a kilt ;)
