I'm delighted to be putting my walking boots on and giving up a good nights sleep to support Place2Be in their Snowden by night trek. They are a charity who support children who are suffering with their mental health and are a vital resource for families who can't afford private referrals or treatment.

Since the pandemic there has been a huge increase in poor mental health amongst children including self harm and eating disorders. now more than ever this support is needed for young people and children.
