Story

On Saturday 19th June myself, Alan, Megan and Oscar are taking part in the 5km walk  to mark Nystagmus Awareness day 2021.

Oscar was diagnosed with Nystagmus early last year which means his eyes move involuntary and causes visual impairment, which currently there is no cure. We are doing this walk to help raise funds for The Nystagmus Network which is a UK registered charity which provides support, raises awareness and funds research.

The Nystagmus Network supports the 1 in 1,000 adults and children living with nystagmus on the UK. Please help us bring hope to all of them that there will one day be treatment available.

It is great to have the opportunity to help raise money for a cause very close to our hearts so we can help Oscar and many other children/adults with this condition.

It would be wonderful if you could sponsor our Welly Walk. The money goes directly to The Nystagmus Network (via just giving) and every single donation will be hugely appreciated.

Thank you.
