Though we can't gather for our traditional Horrible Holiday Sweater Shuffle 5K, we can still pull out the sweaters, celebrate, and have a great time as we help those in our community who are in need this holiday season and beyond!

Story

I'm raising funds through the Horrible Holiday Sweater Celebration to support Waunakee Neighborhood Connection, a local social service agency that harnesses the power of neighbors helping neighbors to support those in our community who are experiencing financial insecurity. Through a Community Store (free), case management, holiday programs, emergency assistance fund, and other resources, they are bringing people together to strengthen our community.

About the campaign

Though we can't gather for our traditional Horrible Holiday Sweater Shuffle 5K, we can still pull out the sweaters, celebrate, and have a great time as we help those in our community who are in need this holiday season and beyond!

About the charity

We provide programs and resources that engage neighbors to support and empower one another. Our neighbor to neighbor approach to helping those who are experiencing financial challenges include a Community Store (free), holiday programs, assistance with unexpected expenses, and case management.
