In January 2010, Paul lost his battle with cancer. Throughout his illness, Paul never complained, always smiling & being positive - he was a truly special & remarkable person. Whilst Paul was at the Christies, we did already get involved in some fund-raising activities & Paul was always very keen to ensure that any monies raised should go to the Oesophagogastric & Bowel Cancer Research Funds. I am continuing with our fund raising project & I am currently training for a number of running events throughout 2013. I will also be taking part in the Manchester Marathon in April 2013 as part of a Relay Team, supported by Jenny, Lindsey & Lizzie & hoping to keep raising money for this very worthwhile cause. Paul continues to be my inspiration & he is very much missed.
