have a look at the bike ride I'm doing. Vietnam-Cambodia over 9 days, and averaging about 90k a day. better get a comfy saddle I think!

I am a staff nurse working on a Coronary Care Unit looking after people with a wide range of heart problems. I see what heart disease can do to people and how massively it can change their life. Anything that I can do to help towards research and treatment development for these individuals is well worth it, and I am determined to train hard enough to complete this bike ride on their behalf. so come on everyone- help me towards my goal of £3500 and maybe more!!
