My daughter Sacha had only just turned 13 when she was taken from us last September. 

Sacha had been poorly for a very long time & cared for by some truly wonderful people. During her last few months especially, I got to see firsthand how amazing Chestnut Tree House really is. A hospice supporting children who are terminally ill or have a life shortening condition and are not expected to reach adulthood.

To all those at Chestnut who supported Sacha, the rest of our family and Sacha's friends during and beyond her short life, a thank you just doesn't cut it, so I hope to raise essential funds to help Chestnut continue do what they do so well.
