Once again i’ll be taking in the epic challenge that is the Great North Run on Sunday 11th September 2022 for the Bodie Hodges Foundation, a charity that has real impact supporting families who have been bereaved of a child, and I would really love your support.

I was fortunate to run last year for the same cause and many of you will have dug deep then. I’d feel humbled and ever so grateful if you could find a few pennies again this year. 

Training so far is slow, having had covid half way through, and I am now struggling with an Achilles strain. My aim of beating last year’s time is most definitely out of the window, so this year is now about getting around in one piece whilst raising money for a great cause.
