The Insurance Premium funding team at BNP Paribas Personal finance is raising money for Alzheimers Society in conjunction with Insurance United Against Dementia. We are trekking through the Derbyshire Peaks on the 28th September embarking upon a 25 kilometre schlep. Why? -  There are currently around 850,000 people living with dementia in the UK. This is projected to reach 1.6 million by 2040. The recent coronavirus pandemic has left most of these people isolated and cut off from the vital networks and loved ones that support them to perform everyday tasks and routines.  Alzheimers Society is the only place many of these people can turn to, making their frontline services vital for hundreds of thousands of people as well as continuously working on research to find a cure.  Please support in whatever way you can to help these vulnerable and frightened people.
