I started running during Lockdown on a treadmill to keep fit. Dale, noticed that the Kings Lynn Gear 10k was approaching and 'helpfully' signed me up and told me I had to do it. 

I haven't run on the road as yet, so I best get training! Your kind donation will help to give me the motivation I need to complete this run.
