The Brain & Spine Foundation provides support for the 1-in-6 people living in the UK with neurological disorders.

With over 470 different disorders, these conditions are incredibly complex and those suffering often lack information regarding their condition and how it will impact their lifestyle.

I can’t wait to run my first marathon this October for such a great cause! It would be amazing to raise as much money as possible for a fantastic charity that is likely to be supporting at least one person that we know. With funding coming entirely from voluntary donations, any amount will make a huge difference.
