The KFF's Fun in February appeal asks supporters to take on a challenge in February 2021 - sporty, foody, wild, simple, whatever! - and raise £100+ for the KFF's charities. This support is vital for our struggling projects after such a tough 2020.

Story

This page is raising money for the Kate Farrer Foundation's (KFF's) Fun in February appeal. I will be cycing 300 miles over the course of February, alternating between an indoor Wattbike and a road bike. To make it a bit more interesting I’ll aim to climb an accumulated 10,000ft.

Throughout her life my aunt, Dr. Kate Farrer gave generously to many people in different ways. She willingly offered her expertise and friendship, donating much of her income to support people in desperate need. Though she made little mention of this, over the years it amounted to many thousands of pounds.

When she passed in 2014 the family decided to set up the foundation to continue her work. Any donations are greatly appreciated and go the causes Kate supported around the world, with a focus on medical provisions for vulnerable women and children.
