Story

Ladies and Gents,

I just want to take a few seconds to explain. It can be very easy to agree to something, then ignore it. There are many times when this is actually the best thing to do. This is not one of those times and I would hugely appreciate any support that any of you could possibly offer me.

In doing this Triathalon I'm not so much testing myself, as I am trying to support the British Red Cross. From current support for the people of Haiti, where even mosquito nets are a luxury, or back in the UK providing healthcare, social support and education, the Red Cross is one of the truly global organisations set upon making the world that little bit better. Hell, they even look after burn scars. It seems fitting then that I do my own little bit, and therefore no matter how small, your contribution will make the world that bit better.

So whether its coming down in person to throw a pint over me (Stu Barclay), continued offers of training from people who claim they can beat me (Tim) or just a healthy regard for my ignorance of how tough this was going to be, remember who I am doing this all for and please do what you can. I am.

Over from me,
