Since March 2000, my amazing wife Penny has led the Green Team - originally as the only employee, over the years (decades!) she has driven this small charity forward to the amazing success it is today. And when you consider how tough it is to keep a charity afloat in recent years, far less expand and prosper, this is an amazing achievement and testament to her skill, energy and bottomless enthusiasm.
