Help! 

I have signed up to complete the National Three Peaks Challenge – climbing the three highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales within 24 hours! In support of Unseen, the UK anti-slavery charity, I will be hiking 23 miles and completing a total ascent of 3,064 metres – in one day.

This will be a massive physical and fundraising challenge for me, but one that will be both exciting and worthwhile, for me and for the work that Unseen does to support survivors of modern slavery and human trafficking to rebuild their lives.

Unseen estimates that there are 136,000 individuals affected by modern slavery and human trafficking across the UK. The Bristol-based charity operates the Modern Slavery Helpline, helping people to escape their situation and taking care of them in safehouses, and working with survivors, businesses, governments, police and NHS to end slavery for good.

So, thank you so much for supporting me and Unseen in meeting this challenge.
