Last year colleagues within the Pharmacy Medicines Advice and Effectiveness (MADE) Team (past and present) raised £1,859 for Macmillan Cancer Support by running, cycling and walking a total of 685 miles during September 2021. 

Based on the Team’s huge achievement last year we have decided a repeat…and get the MADE to be Active during the 30 days of September 2022 by running, walking, or cycling to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support; cancer has touched all of our lives and this is our way of giving something back.

This year we are aiming to achieve a total of 1000 miles as a team, made up by all of our individual activities (running, walking and cycling) during the month.

We will post a weekly progress update showing the number of miles achieved by the team.
