Zambezi Canoe Challenge · 2 September 2017

At Worldwide Veterinary Service (WVS) we champion animal welfare around the world and create sustainable change. We send vets where they are needed most, provide expert veterinary training in hard-to-reach places, and ship urgent aid supplies worldwide, every day of the year.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. This is a wonderful opportunity to see the wild animals of the Zambia whilst raising funds for WVS.

I have signed up for the 2017 Zambezi Canoe Challenge where I will be canoeing down 100 miles of the Zambezi river in Africa, whilst taking in the most incredible wildlife. I will also have a unique opportunity to visit an elephant orphanage in Lusaka that WVS supports, where many of the animals are rehabilitated, ready for their eventual release back to the wild.

Whilst having the opportunity to complete this amazing challenge I would also like to raise as much money for the WVS charity as possible. The WVS (worldwide veterinary service) is an animal welfare charity that helps to improve the lives of all animals worldwide.
