Bermuda for Easter was cancelled - again!  So staying closer to home,  I am going to be walking a marathon - one a day for seven days over the Easter holidays (29th March to 9th April) to raise funds for Alzheimer's Research UK.  We have a family history of EOAD and we recently lost a cousin at age 63 to this disease (The plan was to do 7 over 7 but I have to work at my other job at M&S !).  I'm gong to hold my Iphone with date and time next to the sign to prove I did it !

During lockdown I have discovered the joy of being in nature and moving - putting one foot in front of the other.  Over half term, I did the equivalent of five marathon walks !  We are so lucky here in Liverpool to have this coastal path on the doorstep.  It goes through beaches and pine forest !

Thanks also to my colleagues on the Sports Massage course at Hugh Baird.  I've been lucky enough to have had some great sports massages this week to prepare me for the event!
