I have supported Zoe's Baby Hospice for many many years and when the 28 day squat challenge came about,  I thought I let's do this (fingers crossed). I will be documenting my squats on my Instagram page - Anjli's Look Book.

Just a little more info about Zoe's Hospice:

They are the UK's only baby-specific hospice and care for babies and infants with life-threatening and life-limiting conditions up to the age of 5. They are a lifeline to familiesand provide much-needed respite care to give parents and carers a break from the demands of caring 24 hours a day for a poorly child. They also help families during their darkest moments and provide end of life care for the child and support the entire family both physically and emotionally. 

They are currently operating limited opening hours due to a 60% decrease in donations in 2020. So with your help they hope to be able to return to a full service as soon as possible and help all of the families that desperately need our support. Covid has been tough for many people but imagine going through that with a poorly baby! Get donating peeps.
