I DID IT!!!!!

 

Friday 15th April - 2 days to go

Well my last day of training has finally arrived.  I ran for approx 3miles with my dogs this morning and I honestly think they are better prepared than I am!  Anyway fingers crossed, the miles are in the bank (as they say) so off I go...

Thank you all for your amazing generosity.  I had no idea that people could be so kind and I believe that most of you understand what a worthwhile and needy charity World Horse Welfare is and as such are happy to support me in my quest.

In the next life I plan to come back as a horse... any other takers??  At least horses have hard hooves - my feet are now well on the way!

Anyway I will keep you posted after the day... I expect I shall probably WIN!!!

Anyone who knows me knows that my animals come first... horses, dogs, anything else with four legs, and then maybe Paul and family!

I ran the Dublin Marathon 3 years ago in aid of the local dog shelter and this year, I am running in the London Marathon for animals again...horses this time (World Horse Welfare - previously ILPH).
