I am supporting Thames Chase Trust to continue transforming landscapes and transforming lives for the next 31 years and beyond..  Thames Chase is a country park in Upminster.  They had lots of activities planned last year for their 30th anniversary but due to COVID-19 were unable to hold any of them.  It is a popular place for families, dog walkers, runners & walkers.
