This is my 10th year of entering the 25 mile cycle run as I want to support a very worthy cause which helped my friend Mag when she needed it most. 

I am making a difference this year by taking part in Cycle4Cynthia and raising funds for Cynthia Spencer Hospice whose Hospice care makes a difference to the lives of patients and families throughout Northamptonshire. 

Please make a difference too, by helping me to help the Hospice and donating whatever you can.
