Rwyf yn casglu arian ar gyfer elusen Alzheimers drwy gerdded 10 milltir ar Medi 20fed. Mae'r daith gerdded yma wedi cael ei drefnu gan yr elusen dan arweiniad Fiona Phillips (gynt ar GMTV) sydd hefyd gyda rhiant sy'n dioddef o'r afiechyd creulon yma.
