Dear Facebook friends,

You may remember last year I started to run again
And took on the challenge of the Blenheim 7K run for The Mulberry bush school

I have singed up for it again this year

But it is with a very sad heart 💔 that I report my dear friend, bestie, chief trainer who encouraged and supported me all the way has suddenly passed away,

Guy Richard Duncan Lennon gave me the courage the belief and support to be the best I could be.
In his memory and with the blessing of his family I will run this year,

I have chosen a charity which I know Guy would love ❤
The charity is ADAPT addicts are people too, based in Cowley in Oxford

I also chose this charity after talking to Karen Grove as on the 28th March 2023 we also lost her son Sam Grove (Tims brother), Uncle to Lillia Grove at just 30yrs old

We all agreed that so much more needs to be done to help those who struggle with addiction and mental health

It would be wonderful if you could support me through my just giving page
I know it is a difficult time financially for us all but just £1 or the cost off a cup of coffee would soon amount up to help such a wonderful charity
And in the memory of my dear friend Guy xx
