Raising the charity profile and also raising awareness of childhood cancers is important to me and an inspiration to keep me going. 

My God-daughter Sofia and her family have shown me just how much of a difference brave optimism can make to facing Leukaemia. All childhood cancers are indiscriminate, cruel and unforgiving which lead to massive challenges for all those unfortunate enough to be touched by them.
