I've been running for about 4 years now and have always wanted to run the London Marathon - running it in 2020 is more poignant than ever as it's the year I celebrate the Big 5 0!

I have chosen to run for the Brentwood Catholic Children's Society as I have been supporting them since  I was 16!  They support children and families (not just Catholic ones) across Essex and the local London boroughs, including many that have been pupils in the various schools I have worked in my 26 years as a teacher.

Everyone who knows me will be aware of how passionate I am about supporting children and their families and I am looking forward to being able to give something back to BCCS.
