The Yellow Heart Trust was founded by Alex Fontaine in 2002 and is unique in recognising that people leaving primary treatment need ongoing help in dealing with all associated problems. It provides support to men and women with financial restrictions, who need further therapeutic help and assistance towards a more beneficial and fulfilling recovery following initial treatment in whatever form.
