I am part of a team raising funds for Worcestershire Young Carers in conjunction with Worcestershire Association of Carers (who work with adult carers). We are putting in a team to take part in the Worcester 10k race on Sunday 18 September 2016.  I don't really know why I signed up, I haven't done any running for a few years and am getting on a bit now so it will be a  challenge!  Please sponsor me as I need lots and lots of support and the money raised will be going to a very good cause.
