Kirsty and Rahul set up Suchana 15 years ago.  Kirsty is an school friend of mine.  I have watched and admired from afar what started as a group of 14 children and some adults meeting together as a preschool group blossoming into a thriving project that the children have driven to happen because more and more of them kept coming.   The children have opportunities to learn in different ways and there is an equality of status amongst the children that doesn't exist elsewhere.  Additional to the education projects they have a health project running and a mobile library, a mobile IT suit and they get involved in community issues such as helping to think about local sanitation provision.
