On Sunday 10th May, me and my Dad will be walking 23k in memory of my Grandad Frank and in support of the fantastic work that Farleigh Hospice do.

The respite Farleigh Hospice provide is deeply important. My Nan, the stubborn trooper that she is, provided every element of care that my Grandad needed in his final few months of living with cancer; it was exhausting, took tremendous spirit and courage and was so personal between them. Some people aren't lucky enough to have someone to care for them, and if they do, those people need a break to rekindle the energy they need for such a job of human kindness and dedication.

I'm fundraising for the fantastic job that Farleigh Hospice do to support the patients and carers!
