Holly and I are participating in the 310,000 Steps In March Challenge for Samaritans UK. We will (hopefully!) be walking/running approximately 10,000 steps each day in March, making a grand total of 310,000 steps.

The challenge officially starts on Tuesday 1st March 2022 and will end on Thursday 31st March 2022.

This is a huge undertaking, and will most definitely be a challenge for us both, but we know that the Samaritans is such an important charity and provides much needed support to people who need it, now more than ever.

Samaritans volunteers respond to around 10,000 calls for help every day. £10 could answer two calls for help, £24 could help and train Samaritans volunteers, and £41.67 could keep Samaritans phone lines open for 5 minutes.

Anything you can give is hugely appreciated!
