Story

This page is in memory of Anna Mathias, my fiancée, who sadly passed away on the first of September 2018, it was totally unexpected and came as a tremendous shock to all that knew her, Anna had only celebrated her fiftieth birthday back in May, but she had packed a lot into those fifty years, I take great comfort knowing she was happy, had no regrets and lived life to the full, she was a remarkable person that made an impression on everyone that she met through work or socially and will be sorely missed, but never forgotten.

Donations are for Diabetes UK, although Anna didn’t personally suffer with diabetes it was something that she had to deal with on a daily basis for the whole of her life, as her mother as a child was diagnosed with type one diabetes and as anyone that knew Anna would appreciate her feelings for this terrible condition.

I haven’t set a target, just donate what you can to help fight this terrible disease.

Thank you.
