DATE - 20th May 2017

MISSION - To successfully abseil  262 ft off the UK's tallest sculpture ArcelorMittal Orbit in Olympic Park, London

In 2010 our daughter Abigail was born with a cleft palate. She had successful surgery at 6 months old to close the hole and repair the muscles from her mouth to her nose.

The following 5 years consisted of hospital checks, audiology appointments, speech and language therapy, dental checks to name but a few. Last year after 2 days of hospital assessments Abi was finally signed off any further appointments for the next 5 years.

Every step of the way the charity CLAPA has supported families like Abi's, and will continue to support her family for as long as they need her.

1 in 800 children are born every year with a cleft.  CLAPA not only supports families and individuals, but also plays a role in vital research programmes surrounding clefts.

We want to raise £400 for this amazing charity by abseiling 262 ft down the ArcelorMittal Orbit on 20th May - Please donate if you can!

Any donation will be greatly recieved!
